Amber and James – Cator Woolford Gardens Engagement

James proposed to Amber in December right before the holidays while they were on a weekend getaway at the Biltmore in Asheville, North Carolina.

Amber came to us requesting a magical spot similar to the railroad scenes in the movie/book Fried Green Tomatoes, she loved the hidden feel and look of the setting.  We knew just the place!  We were so excited Amber and James agreed to a sunrise engagement session at the Cator Woolford Gardens.

James and Amber have a love of travel, from their fist trip to Seattle, to the many trips to Europe, they constantly are dreaming of the places their passports will take them.  They chase the breathtaking and majestic sceneries as much as the story behind it because after a love of travel, (and brunch because they are foodies), they love history.  We knew that after walking around the columns in the gardens, and dancing in front of the grand staircase it would be the timeless and classic look they were going for.

We know their destination wedding is going to be amazing!  It’s in south Georgia at the most charming plantation in the middle of a pecan orchard.

Congratulations Amber and James, we can’t to celebrate your marriage in June!
