In 2019, we attempted to slow down. We kicked off the year as a guest on the Be Fabbo Podcast sharing our goal to limit ourselves to 15 weddings a year because we really wanted to focus on delivering the best client experience.
And then, we met some AMAZING couples we could not say no to and ended up shooting 20 Weddings, 25+ Engagements and countless proposals and anniversary sessions delivering over 35,000+ photos.
That’s over 250 hours of 📷 shooting and 27,000 miles of 🚙 driving.
That means that we…
- Listened to countless hours of audiobooks and repeating Spotify playlists
- We had rainy wedding days.
- We had wedding days that we sweat so much we could feel the salt on our skin.
- Said “Beyonce Wind” so often our bridal parties caught onto the phrase.
- We met and worked with some of the most AMAZING vendors.
- We made new friends and discovered new places.
From Saint Simon Island to North Georgia, we traveled all across the state. We were fortunate enough to travel to destination sessions as north as Chapel Hill, NC, and Washington DC and as far south as an elopement in Key West, FL.
Our couples were featured in several publications and blogs such as: How They Asked by The Knot, Lowcountry Wedding, Lowcountry Bride, Southern Bride, and Coastal Georgia Weddings. We have had the honor to be recognized as the top 4% of wedding professionals who received The Knot “Best of Weddings” for another year in a row.
It’s been a heck of a year and regardless of where we shot this year, the one thing that rings true as we look through these photos is we feel so incredibly thankful for your trust in us and the opportunity to get to know you and celebrate your love story. From the bottom of our heart, THANK YOU so much for believing in us and supporting our journey.
We wouldn’t be here without friends like you and we’ll never, ever forget that. We’re more grateful than you’ll ever know.
