Hey friends! We have a very BRIGHT and MERRY wedding inspiration to share with you today! Eleanor originally wanted to host the wedding reception in her childhood home and although in the planning process the location changed she did manage to keep it in her neighborhood ;). She had grown up exploring the streets inside and out so it meant so much to get married at The Island Club at Retreat.
Once the party started the dance floor was NEVER empty! The band had EVERYBODY jamming out. And something that we have never had the chance to see before happened. Jeffery, our groom, got on stage and jammed out with the band! It was EPIC! Everyone crowded around on the dancefloor, arms in the air, cellphone recording as he stood center stage with the band. (Make sure to check out our Instagram story behind the scenes for the video!) . Eleanor and Jeffery also take the cake for the most unique exit! They cycled away on her family tandem bike dubbed “Hell Betty” decked out in Christmas lights.
Their day was perfectly wrapped together by Beth of Beth Williams & Co. Her team is the double-sided tape AND the big red bow on top that kept all the details together. We’ve been giddy about pressing “Publish” on this blog post, because we love the thought of you two sharing a moment on your epic adventure of a honeymoon on the opposite side of the word, reliving these moments, on a beach at the edge of the ocean or on the top of a mountain. We love you to New Zeland and back! We hope you love your memories as much as we loved documenting them for you.
