Hey Friends! Do we have a treat for you! There is nothing more romantic and special to a girl than waiting for their own handsome leading man to surprise them on a bended knee with a sparkling engagement ring… can you imagine if he did it while flying a plane?!
On December 08, 2018 Caleb, woke Erica up and told her to that he wanted her to come with him to the Dublin airport to join him for his flight lesson. With just 30 minutes notice, Erica rushed out of bed and got dressed, although she had a feeling about something might be going on, she wasn’t quite sure what it could be…
Love is in the air…
When they got to the airport and hopped straight in to to the plane, Erica realized that her headset was connected to a GoPro. They flew around for about 45 minutes and after their last “steep” turn Caleb asked Chris the instructor to take over the plane and for Erica to hand him his log book out of his book bag beside her. While Erica was distracted trying to get to the log book — Caleb reached over to grab the ring box out of the bag and said “well we have been talking about this for a long time so let’s do the thing. Erica Bailey, I love you, sweetheart. Will, you marry me?”. When they landed both of their families were on the runway waiting for them to land! What an amazing surprise proposal!
Our hearts are swooning over such a romantic gesture!

Getting to know Erica and Caleb has been such a treat! These two are a bundle of SWEETNESS, FUN, and LAUGHS.
We have had the privilege of getting to know them, listen to the story of their high altitude engagement , and document such a special time in their lives. When Erica and Caleb first reached out to us they just KNEW they wanted to capture their engagement session in downtown Savannah and Wormsloe Historic Site. It was the perfect backdrop for this classic couple. We had such an amazing time dodging a coastal thunderstorm and we felt like we really got to know these love birds.
