Jessica and Casey – King Plow Wedding

Happy Friday Friends!  We hope you had a WONDERFUL 4th of July.  We have a blog post today that is worth all the fireworks!  We are so excited to share with you Casey and Jessica’s Wedding at King Plow.  You may remember these two from their Rosemary Beach Engagement session.

This moment was 11 years in the making.

We started at the Lowes Hotel, known for it’s large ceiling to floor windows in Midtown – which means alllll the dreamy natural light!t We were so excited to hang out with Jessica and her bridesmaids.  We were quickly greeted by Lauren and Jessica, we started with capturing bridal details, and popping a little champagne.  The girls had fun making Jessica laugh as we did a few bridal shots before getting her into her wedding dress.  Jessica had the most stunning Wtoo by Watters dress.  We gathered all her bridesmaids in the main room on the couch and covered their eyes just so she could reveal herself to them for the first time and the reactions are priceless!  From HUGE smiles to holding back tears.  Since we were ahead of schedule we had some extra time to take some stunning bridals of Jessica that just might be our favorite — our photographer’s hearts were on overdrive.

Casey and the guys had brunch downstairs before getting ready.  He looked sharp in his custom suit, with a custom stitched handkerchief with the outline of their golden retriever – Jerry.  We LOVED highlighting the floral tie detail – can you say dapper?!  Casey immediately greeted us with a smile and his joy was contagious.  It made the special moments leading up to their first look that much more special.  We knew he was counting down the moments to finally see Jessica in her dress.

As we headed to King Plow for the first look and portraits, the summer heat finally broke and a pop-up storm rolled through. After just squeezing in the first look, we walked inside to the ceremony location that had the most BEAUTIFUL backdrop and did all of the bridal and family portraits at the ceremony site.  There was chiffon and rose petals down the aisle by Bold Design who truly outdid themselves.

We always love listening to ceremonies done by officiants who know and love our couples. This was that x1000. Father Bailey had known these two since their beginning days back at Blessed Trinity and the love and shared experience he wound into their ceremony was touching and beautiful. As somewhat, outsiders, it was so neat to get that extra glimpse inside their relationship.

The reception was one big party!  We have NEVER seen so many guests dance with such amazing dance moves!  We saw everything from the worm to flips and spins.  Remember the dance-off from Grease? All that and more!.  The Emerald Empire band was off. the. charts.  We’re talking mixups, transitions, and all your favorite 90’s songs mashed up into one huge party.  The champagne was flowing and the cake was served and that’s right everyone was back on the dancefloor.

What stood out the most to us what how much Casey and Jessica loved their friends and family and how excited everyone was to celebrate.

Jessica and Casey, we hope you love these pictures as much as we loved celebrating with you!

Big Hugs and lots of love,

Isaac and Amanda
