Happy Wedding Wednesday, Friends! We are SO excited to share with you our latest wedding because it has quickly become one of our favorites! You may remember Kaitlyn and Neal– our two UWG sweethearts from when we did their engagement session at Green Meadows Preserve this past fall. Needless to say, we have been counting down the days to FINALLY celebrate with them and now we are so excited to share it with you too.
We arrived at the Hilton Hotel where Kaitlyn and her bridesmaids were getting ready. From the dreamy light to their blush colored robes we had fun popping a little champagne before it was time to go to the venue, Flint Hill just around the corner.
Fun fact: Kaitlyn and Neal actually chose Flint Hill as their wedding venue, not because of the classic, historic look the house has and holds, but the fact that there is a pineapple fountain in the front garden that looks very similar to the fountain in Charleston’s waterfront park where Neal proposed! It was meant to be!
Tell me that you love me. Say “we’ll always work it out”. I know it’s kinda scary. But it’s only temporary doubt.
It’s the little things like that, that make Kaitlyn and Neals wedding day so special. There was so much intention behind each decision. From who they picked to spend their time with that morning, to each gift, each way they said thank you, from the letters they wrote to one another to the moment they saw each other for the first time.
But promise that you’re gonna stay long enough to grow old with me.
Kaitlyn and Neal – our hope for you is to continue to inspire those around you with the same love and intention you had for each other and for those celebrating with you on your wedding day throughout your marriage. We are so grateful for the honor and trust in us to capture your wedding day. But the biggest gift of all is the gift of your friendship. Congratulations again Mr. and Mrs. Gandee — man, we will never get tired of saying that 😉
