Michelle and Matthew drove from Florida to Virginia to Atlanta and back to Florida all in one weekend.  We are so glad that the sun came out for our morning session despite the forecast calling for rain!  We had so much fun getting to know them as the sun began to rise over the trees at Garrard Landing park.

Michelle and Matthew met freshman year of college.  Michelle was on the softball team and Matthew ran track.  The story goes that Matthew was so smitten by Michelle, that after they were introduced, before she was even out her friends door he Facebook messaged her and they started talking.

Although they are from Florida they consider themselves ‘northerners-at-heart’ and just fell in love with the Blueridge mountains and Yonah Mountain Vineyards when they visited last year.  When they recently got engaged they immediately knew that it was meant to be their special venue for their big day!

Congratulations Michelle and Matthew, we can’t wait for November!
